Creating a welcoming site for tourists, locals, and businesses to come together online and enjoy all the charm of a bustling small town.
Working as an advocate, Venture Lititz is a non-profit organization that exists to enhance the community of Lititz, PA. They’re the storytellers of the town’s rich history and the visionaries of its future, working to bring all the pieces of the town together.
The Challenge
Venture Lititz didn’t have the ability to directly edit their old site, making it difficult to keep information about events up to date in this busy town. And they had a desire to give local businesses a way to increase their online digital footprint with valuable digital marketing support. They also needed a site that conveyed a cohesive sense of their brand visually.
Our Strategy
We started by helping the client create a sustainable business strategy to encourage local businesses to sign up for subscription tiers and benefit from special site services. From there we designed and developed an appealing and easy-to-use site. And in order to keep it easy to update, our team also created a business account center where local businesses could easily subscribe or request updates. Additionally, we added ways for the community to donate, volunteer, and stay involved through the site.
The Results
In addition to giving local businesses an opportunity to join a tiered subscription plan and enjoy digital marketing perks, the new site now offers a well-organized hub for the latest information on the town. The site even caught the eye of the Pennsylvania Downtown Center, who presented an award of excellence to the Venture Lititz Team for their new website.
