From video and photography to CGI, TC Shadowlight delivers a complete suite of top-tier visual services to help clients showcase products and services with stunning multimedia assets.
The Challenge
TC Shadowlight felt their website didn’t represent their current brand or do a good job of showing their facility and the vast work they’re able to do for their clients. They particularly wanted to highlight how multi-purpose and “one-stop-shop” their facility is and how that benefits clients.
They also wanted a new website that would speak to what makes them unique as a team and have a distinct brand voice that’s true to them.
Our Strategy
First, we worked on developing a new brand voice for the new website. We analyzed examples of what they liked and our experiences interacting with their team offline to help define a tone that would be authentic to them. Then, we rewrote all the website content to support it, incorporating SEO fundamentals to ensure their new site would rank better in search results and attract new clients.
Our redesign strategy focused on putting users first with an intuitive yet eye-catching design that would help TC Shadowlight make a strong impression. We also made sure examples of their visual work were in the spotlight of the new site design.
The Results
TC Shadowlight’s new website better represents their brand and how they’re an asset to their clients. The new design also helps better support their ongoing internet marketing.
Two months after the new site launch, pageviews increased by 47% from last year, and engaged sessions increased by 61%. Key events also grew by 40% compared to the same time frame last year, showing that more users were converting upon reaching the new website.
