A family-owned business founded in 2012, KSW Construction has over 50 years of combined experience as a trusted provider of remodeling and construction services in exterior and interior homes. Currently serving the Central Pennsylvania area through a wide range of counties, they value quality service through their workmanship, consistently providing excellent customer service at reasonable prices without compromising quality.
The Challenge
Priding themselves in collaborating with other companies on remodeling and roofing projects, KSW wants to increase their brand awareness to stand alone from competitors. They are looking to increase their digital presence by building out their marketing to support a growing sales team and differentiate themselves from the competition in a way that showcases their quality, meaningful work.
Our Strategy
We started the process of creating a marketing strategy and budget with an in-depth Discovery meeting. After interviewing all stakeholders, we had a clear vision of the value proposition, goals, and target personas. Next, our team audited KSW Construction’s website and digital marketing efforts. From all this information, we created a preliminary marketing plan and schedule for the upcoming year that tied in with the recommended budget.
The Results
As a result of several weeks of research, auditing, and planning, we were able to present a comprehensive plan to the owners of KSW Construction. This plan outlined an approach to their goals of increasing brand awareness and improving their digital marketing presence in key service areas like roofing, windows/doors, siding, and decks.
