Centri Business Consulting is a rapidly growing advisory firm headquartered in Philadelphia. With 8 additional office locations across the U.S. and a virtual office, Centri meets the needs of its clients with a nimble and direct approach to business advisory and accounting.
The Challenge
Because of the high caliber of their work, Centri’s team and services were both growing rapidly. As a result, they had begun to outgrow the site they had been using.
Centri’s site wasn’t providing a seamless experience to connect site users with the content, people, or relevant insights they were searching for. Additionally, the firm needed a digital presence that would showcase their expertise and continue to attract new clients across the U.S and beyond.
Our Strategy
We approached this website redesign wanting to give Centri an online identity that better represented the growth and breadth of their work. Our team also wanted to add modern upgrades to the site admin that would benefit its functionality.
The redesign strategy also relied heavily on SEO and content. Both are essential players that would work together to help Centri rank online in key search results, communicate their value, and compete to attract new business on a national scale.
The Results
Centri’s new website better represents their expertise both in the voice of its content and its presentation. It also maintained its strong standing in search results between the old site to the new one, because it was built upon strong SEO fundamentals.
Within the first four months of the new site, organic website traffic alone went up by 19%, bringing in 17K sessions. We also saw positive behavioral changes on the site. For example, there was a 76% increase in users scrolling on the site compared to the preceding period.
